Amazon | Global Retail Events

Amazon Fresh needed to execute major retail events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Spring Sale across the UK, EU, and US, while maintaining brand cohesion, speed, and commercial effectiveness. The complexity lay in operating within global guidelines, while adapting execution to local market realities and tight retail timelines.

I worked within global frameworks, adapting them where needed for the UK market, and acted as a point of coordination between UK, EU, and US teams to ensure alignment and shared best practices. This included close collaboration with internal stakeholders on deal strategy, promotional calendars, and creative execution, helping translate what was working locally into insights other markets could apply.

OUTCOME

This approach supported consistent execution across markets, improved cross-team collaboration, and contributed to meeting multi-million-dollar revenue targets during key retail moments. It also helped strengthen brand consistency and knowledge-sharing across regions, creating a more joined-up approach to global retail events.
