Some examples of content and photography developed for campaigns across the last 2 years. Since joining the team 2 years ago, I have been responsible to build Amazon Fresh outbound, on-site and social capability generating 4.4K pieces of content, increasing engagement rate through optimization from 2.8% to 4.1% (vs 3.0% market segment), and increased click-through rate by 30bps reaching est. 83% of the addressable market segment around stores driving significant footfall. 


In the past six months, I have built the Content & Activity Plan to plan 15 periods/year based on customer mindset, running all campaigns across channels whilst delivering a process that reduces approval rounds by 15% and creating an asset bank estimated to save £100K in 2023, resulting in clear customer facing messaging prioritizing value, when customers need it most.
