UNICEF PORTUGAL // marketing strategy

I worked with the UNICEF team on how to re-position the brand in the Portuguese market and achieve its envisioned fundraising goals & objectives. Some of the recommendations were implemented months after which was great to see. I've also used the research done within this project to develop my master thesis which tried to understand if the the New Consumer Decision Journey model by McKinsey & Company should be adjusted in the case of the Third Sector and how Millennials in Portugal engage with NGOs in Portugal.
